Let it Snow - Week 1 - Swedish Smorgas bord

Welcome to my Let it Snow Series! For Christmas this year, our Swedish family is visiting from Sweden. We have decided to do a traditional Swedish Smorgasbord. In Scandinavia, Christmas is typically celebrated on Christmas Eve - December 24th. Some of the delightful and delicious dishes we are having are boiled eggs with caviar, toast skagen, smoked salmon with dill, mushroom soup, potato salad, tomato and mustard pickled herring, turkey meatballs with lingonberry sauce, salmon with toasted almonds, peppermint hot chocolate and white chocolate mousse cake. As you can tell, we had a delightful Christmas filled with the things that matter most Family, Friends, Love, Caring, Sharing and Fabulous Food!!! God Jul!!!
